Objectives |
Students recognize the strategic potential of information technology and its importance for achieving organizational goals. They know the tasks and functions of business process management and the contribution of information technology to operational value. Students know how to plan, document, analyze, and improve business processes, starting from the organizational strategy and the underlying business model.

The subject Information Engineering & Management can be completed with the amount of 6, 12 or 18 ECTS. It includes the subjects and modules listed below, whereby the module Strategic IT Planning is mandatory.
If the module Strategic IT Planning has been completed in the course of the Bachelor program for individual deepening, at least one other module from the subject Information Engineering & Management has to be chosen in the course of the Master's program.
