Objectives |
Reflecting the entrepreneurial perspective of innovation and developping a business plan

Subject |
Business planning (idea generation, market validation, strategic, planning and budgeting.
The seminar provides a thorough grounding in how to create, measure and implement a business plan. Key strategic, planning and budgetary issues will be addressed as well as idea generation and market validation. The business plan will be written, revised and presented by student groups.

Criteria for evaluation |
30% Participation in Online Discussions
70% Written (learning questions, essays, groupwork, business plan)

Methods |
Students work together in a collaborative workshop environment to write, review, critique and further develop their business planning, writing and communication abilities. The moodle platform will be used to discuss lecture notes, to post answers to learning questions, essays and groupwork. Additionally an introduction meeting and a meeting for the final presentations of the business model and of parts of the business plan will be held.
