Objectives |
The course offers an introduction to digital circuits.

Subject |
This course introduces functional and timing behavior of digital circuits with the aid of Boolean algebra and the method of logical effort. Topics include electrical and mathematical foundations, CMOS circuits, logic gates, combinational and sequential circuits, logic minimization, number systems, arithmetic circuits, and finite state machines.
