  • Wissenschaftlich fundierte Auseinandersetzung der Führer-Geführten-Beziehung (Leadership) im organisationalen Kontext.
  • Vertiefte Fähigkeit, die wissenschaftliche Diskussion im Bereich Leadership zu interpretieren und eigenständige wissenschaftliche Beiträge (ua unter geschlechterspezifischer Perspektive) zu schreiben und zu präsentieren.
  • Vertiefte Fähigkeit, die Relevanz aktueller Forschungsbeiträge aus dem Bereich Leadership für die Management-Praxis zu beurteilen und Konsequenzen für die Praxis zu formulieren.
Subject (*)Leaders, Groups, and their Organizational Environment understanding various concepts of leadership embedded in organizational dynamics; group-dynamics and teamwork-management as a link between individual and organizational concepts; analyzing complex organizational and group processes comprehensively and against the background of various groups of employees with diverse needs to deduce all-embracing leadership implications; HRM concepts and their link to organizational issues concerning structure as well as strategy; in-depths discussions of advanced topics in group dynamics, organizational behaviour, teamwork-management, and leadership embedded in the organizational context to understand their relationship with structure and strategy
