Students recognize method requirements according to situation and are able to apply methods accordingly. The methods are selected according to syntactic, semantic and meta layer.
Subject
Understanding of methods and selection process is enabled through reflecting fundamental concepts (schools of thought) of knowledge management, ensuring social, economic, technical, and organizational effectiveness.
Criteria for evaluation
Students are asked to elaborate a situation and identify method candidates for resolving knowledge management issues. Their results are shared in the group and judged by the teacher.
Methods
Students work in a self-organized way most of the time, driven and guided by kick-off inputs.
