Objectives Based on a self developed and field-tested process models in content development, students will learn to draft a learning program by applying important tools in the development of a learning program (target group analysis, detailed concepts, scripts, etc.) Students acquire an overview of author tools currently available in the market and will learn to distinguish them from one another and apply them in an exemplary manner.
Subject The following is related to the development process of didactic based, multi-media content:

  • Target group analysis
  • Content blueprint
  • Script
  • Interaction modeling
  • Implementing author tools
  • Development of learning programs
  • Online teaching/learning scenarios
  • Business aspects
Criteria for evaluation Active attendance at all course sessions (a max. of one block date may be missed) Planning and presentation of a working assignments Conception and preparation of a learning program (group work)
Methods A large part of the assignments will be worked on within small groups. The course will be supported electronically through the learning portal Moodle.
