Objectives Students have an understanding of electronic as well as web-based services in a commercial, Industrial and private context. They are able to assess, implement and apply solutions to the development, the operating, and the management of electronic services. Students have a profound Knowledge of technical and organizational foundations, process models, application areas, standards, and representatives in the area of service Engineering.

The specialization subject service engineering can be chosen to an extent of either 6, 12, or 18 ECTS. It comprises the following subjects and modules, whereby the module service engineering is obligatory.

If the module service engineering was chosen in the Bachelor program, then at least one further module with at least 6 ECTS is compulsory in the master program.
