| Objectives |
Students will learn to recognize the significance and objectives of strategic controlling. The course provides an overview of strategic processes as well as the most important tools and methods in strategic planning and control. Students will learn more about the starting points of crisis and risk management and will be able to apply key precedures. The course focuses on skills to think in an insolvent proactive way and apply practice-oriented risk management methods.
