Objectives The discipline is aimed at review business project models and its implementation on case study analysis that are addressed to: - Country, Market and industry analysis - Internationalization strategy and process - Development of new production processes - Global Supply Chain and Logistics - Value and Investment analysis - Development of performance management model - Analysis of gender and cultural diversity approach - Brand development - Digital marketing channel introduction - Networking
Subject • To give students models on projects developments • To let students analyze company needs • To let students develop solution and answers by working in small groups
Criteria for evaluation
Methods This course is based on a group-learning methodology, which requires cooperation among students and individual commitment. The aim of this course is to improve students’ cognitive abilities, critical evaluation of the given task and ability to work with others. EDUCATIONAL/PROJECT STEP 1. How to develop a Business Project 2. Meeting at University with Companies and presentation of Company needs 3. Company visit 4. Weekly meeting at University with the Tutors to check Project development 5. Half way meeting with Companies to check Project development 6. Business Project final presentation at companies
