| Objectives |
Accelerating change and intensifying competition, require managers to design, implement, and test successfully new business projects.
This discipline will show how to run a business project. It provides the guidelines and tools needed to enhance this core competency, including working in a project team, being creative, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Major themes are 1) define and organize the project, 2) plan the project, and 3) track and manage the project.
This session will involve a number of companies from different sectors. Teachers, students and companies will work together to share experience and knowledge. In particular, the students will have the opportunity to interact with companies to understand their businesses dynamics and to develop a business project applied to some specific managerial themes.
