| Ziele |
The aim is to provide additional competences and knowledge for students with a polymer science and technology background in the field of management beyond those lectures in the modules for "Management Basics" and "Management Advanced" in the master program "Management in Polymer Technologies (MPT)".

In the sub-group "Management" specific aspects of general management and micro-economics of relevance for engineers are covered (incl. strategic management, marketing, organization, human resource & change management, accounting).

| Sonstige Informationen |
For the general management and micro-economics courses in the sub-group "Management, Economics and Law", the prior completion of the courses "Management Basics" and "Management Advanced" is required.
The approval for participation in these courses is provided by the responsible course sub-group representative.
