Objectives
The course is involved in the management of a project focused on the development or implementation of application program software.
Subject
The course is divided into two parts:
within the first part, common rules of the project management and the ICT methodology of projects are presented
within the second part, the course is focused on modifications and specifics of the project management of the implementations of standard enterprise information systems (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning) and the SOA architecture.
