They understand the functionality of operation support, business support, and customer information systems and can assess their roles in grid management, data management, and customer interaction. Students are able to apply knowledge of scalable architectures, the Common Information Model (CIM), and current standardization efforts to design interoperable and future-proof system landscapes.
