Learning Outcomes
Competences
After successful completion of the course graduates can explain theoretically as well as practically the functionality of important biophysical techniques such as atomic force and fluorescence microscopy for the analysis of bionanostructures and use them.
Skills Knowledge
By attending the course, students learn the following skills. They are able to:

  • To understand and explain atomic force and fluorescence microscopic techniques (k1/k2),
  • Perform measurement sequences (k3) and interpret measured data (k4),
  • Evaluate measurement series (k4) and evaluate results (k5)
During the course, students acquire practical knowledge of atomic force and fluorescence microscopic techniques for the characterization of bionanostructures.
Criteria for evaluation Internship preparation, protocols for the individual internship attempts and written or, if necessary, oral examination
Methods Implementation of internship experiments in groups of 3-6 students
