Students will learn the theoretical aspects of the patient-specific modeling and simulation based on differential equations, tailored to the biomedical problem defined by the subtitle
Skills Knowledge
  • How to build a differential model that can account for the various aspects of the dynamics at hands.
  • How to choose the most adequate numerical method for the resulting Partial Differential Equations
  • How to validate a computational model with respect to the available clinical/biomedical data
Basic knowledge of the modelling aspects and the numerical simulation of the type of biomedical problem defined by the subtitle.
