Students will learn the theoretical aspects of the patient-specific modeling and simulation based on differential equations, tailored to the biomedical problem defined by the subtitle

Knowledge
How to build a differential model that can account for the various aspects of the dynamics at hands.
How to choose the most adequate numerical method for the resulting Partial Differential Equations
How to validate a computational model with respect to the available clinical/biomedical data
Basic knowledge of the modelling aspects and the numerical simulation of the type of biomedical problem defined by the subtitle.
