Students will learn hands-on how to practically simulate patient-specific biomedical problems based on differential equations, tailored to the biomedical problem defined by the subtitle.

Generation of a computational mesh from the reconstructed geometry
Identification and tagging of boundaries and subdomains
Implementation of the numerical solver in High Performance Computing environment
Postprocessing and visualization of the results
Acquaintance with the relevant softwares (Slicer3d for geometry reconstruction, Salome for mesh generation, FEniCS-x for HPC simulation).
