Students have an in-depth understanding of the basic structures of the legal system and the legal framework of the economy. They have a detailed overview of important areas of economic administrative law.

  • LO1: Fundamentals of law, state organizational law, general administrative law (administrative procedures and legal protection)
  • LO2: Economic constitutional law and European single market law, (European) competition law
  • LO3: Selected areas of economic administrative law (such as commercial law, construction and regional planning law, environmental administrative law, public procurement law)
Criteria for evaluation Course examination. Assessment is based on written examinations, homework assignments, automated computer tests, oral examinations, and/or participation in the course, as announced at the beginning of the course.
