Studnets will use Digital Communication & Collaboration Tools and platofms for agile work; Virtual Facilitation & Engagement – Running effective virtual meetings and workshops.
  • have the competence to identify, analyze, and evaluate weak signals, trends, and drivers of change to develop future scenarios.
  • have the skill to design and create future artifacts that translate foresight insights into tangible visions for transformation.
  • have the ability to critically assess the impacts of technological, social, economic, and ecological developments on future scenarios.
Skills Knowledge
• Identifying and categorizing key trends, weak signals, and drivers of change in foresight processes (K3). • Applying scenario planning techniques, including participatory and open foresight approaches (K5). • Developing and communicating strategic foresight insights for organizations and policy-makers (K6). • Designing innovative business models based on foresight insights (K5). • A solid understanding of foresight methodologies and their application in strategic planning and transformation processes. • Comprehensive knowledge of how social, technological, economic, environmental, political, legal, and ethical factors shape future developments. • Insight into the role of open foresight in long-term strategic planning. • Familiarity with best practices for integrating foresight into organizational and policy contexts.
