• The ability to explain the reasons why a worldview runs into obstacles and is eventually replaced

• Insight into the interaction between political, social, and institutional dynamics in the context of transformation.
• Familiarity with examples of policy strategies addressing challenges such as demographic changes, climate crisis and transformation of democracies.
