• The ability to explain major worldviews in the history of science "• A solid unterstanding of the role of law in society and the role of language in law. • Insights into the hierarchy of legal systems, public law/ constitutions, public international law; Institutions, stages of appeal. • Familiarity with examples of the relationship between law and transformation, especially with regard to “climate actions”, EU state aid law, sea rescue, cyber warfare, use of AI in armed conflicts. • Comprehensive knowledge regarding the critical evaluation of texts."
