Competences
Students are able to design, conduct, and evaluate a seminar or training for workplace contexts based on well-founded psychological and pedagogical principles. They can apply methods that facilitate learning transfer and longterm knowledge and skill development among participants.

  • Conduct a well-founded demands and needs analysis (k4)
  • Derive clear and specific objectives for the training based on the demands and needs analysis (k4)
  • Plan and develop a seminar or training concept based on psychological and pedagogical principles and the defined objectives (k6)
  • Conduct the designed seminar or training (k3)
  • Evaluate the quality and impact of the training using appropriate evaluation methods and derive opportunities for improvement (k5, k6)
  • Psychological and pedagogical foundations of learning, particularly in fostering sustainable learning
