  • Students can analyze questions in the fields of public economics, health economics, and environmental economics independently
  • They are able to conduct independent empirical or theoretical projects and/or replication studies
  • For empirical projects: They can perform data preparation, statistical analysis, and interpret the results; they are also able to apply statistical software at an advanced level (Stata or R)
  • For theoretical projects: They are able to develop and extend simple theoretical models and critically discuss and reflect on their applications and limitations
  • Lastly, they can prepare and present results in a scientifically sound manner, both in written and oral form
