Students are able to, - name central concepts, theories and models of conflict and negotiation research (k1) - explain their significance for selected private and professional contexts (k2) - describe professional methods and techniques of conflict analysis, prevention and resolution (k1) - analyze case studies using selected theoretical and methodological concepts of conflict, negotiation and mediation research (k3)	Students know - Central terms, theoretical concepts and models of conflict and negotiation research - Models of conflict dynamics and conflict resolution (mediation) - Methods and techniques of professional conflict prevention and intervention
