+ Students know definitions, models and theories of intra- and inter-group processes.

+ They know areas of application of the models and theories (e.g. for collaboration in teams).

+ They know concepts, methods and techniques for analyzing and influencing group processes effectively and purposefully in various social and professional contexts.

+ They can apply these in selected situations and reflect on their experiences.

Skills Knowledge
Students are able to,

- name central concepts, theories and models of group processes and explain their significance for selected private and professional contexts (k1, k2)

- understand models of intra- and intergroup research and apply them in selected situations (k2, k3)

- apply selected theoretical and methodological concepts to analyze case studies (k3, k4)

- test concepts and techniques in selected situations, analyze them self-reflectively and derive their relevance for their own actions (k4, k5)

Students know

- Key basic terms, theoretical concepts and models of processes and dynamics within and between groups and

- Methods and techniques for influencing group dynamics

- Approaches to analysis and intervention in group contexts
