LO1: Scientifically proven methods of business engineering and management: knowledge acquisition, representation, analysis, communication, leadership, evaluation, mapping of specialist concepts to company processes and process-controlling information systems as well as basic technologies. Concepts and schools of knowledge management; dimensions: work organization, communities, individuals, technology; corporate communication; process-based knowledge management; acquisition and representation of company structures and processes; instruments and tools; experience in dealing with methods and tools; design and evaluation.
