Competences
+ Students are able to understand fundamental concepts, theories, and models in work and organizational psychology and to critically reflect them.

+ They critically reflect on the application of theoretical content in various organizational contexts and develop practice-oriented solutions.

+ They take responsibility for the analysis and design of work-related processes in familiar organizational contexts and contribute to improving working conditions, interaction processes, and organizational dynamics.

Skills Knowledge
• Apply psychological theories, models, and concepts regarding job satisfaction and motivation, work behavior, stress and health, as well as interaction processes in work contexts (K3).

• Analyze and evaluate work contexts based on these theories, models, and concepts to propose evidence-based improvements (K5).

• Design evidence-based approaches to personnel selection, employee development, and performance appraisal in clearly defined contexts (K3).

• Analyze (K4), interpret, and apply research designs and findings in work and organizational psychology to work-related questions (K3, K4).

• Communicate the results of psychological analyses clearly and precisely to diverse target audiences (K5).

Knowledge: • Theoretical foundations of psychological theories, models, and concepts and their practical application in areas such as job satisfaction and motivation, work behavior, stress and health, leadership, teamwork, personnel selection, and employee development.

• Principles and ethical considerations in personnel selection, employee development, workplace analysis and design, and performance appraisal.

• Fundamentals of psychological research methods, including statistical procedures, and their application to work and organizational psychology topics..
