- Attitudes, image and attitude measurement, theories of motivation and emotion including stress, groups, teams and leadership behaviour, basic aspects of personality psychology.
- Attention in advertising, psychology of communication and persuasion, design of advertising messages.
- Rationality and aspects of utility, measurement of consumer sentiment, the psychology of labour, unemployment; volunteering.

Criteria for evaluation |
Written exam as well as in-class and at-home exercises.

Methods |
Lecture with discussion led by the course instructor, small group and pair exercises in class, supplemented by Moodle (e.g., evaluation by students). Research-led teaching.
