+ Students have a sound understanding of processes and dynamics in negotiation situations.

+ They know basic concepts, theories and models of negotiation research.

+ They know methods and techniques for conducting negotiations.

+ They can apply concepts, theories, models and techniques of negotiation in selected situations and reflect on their experiences.

Skills Knowledge
Students are able to,

- name central concepts, theories and models of negotiation research and explain their significance for selected private and professional contexts (k1, k2) - understand negotiation techniques and apply them in selected negotiation situations (k2, k3)

- apply selected theoretical and methodological concepts to analyze case studies (k3, k4)

- test concepts and techniques in selected situations, analyze them self-reflectively and derive their relevance for their own actions (k4, k5)

Students know

- Central terms, theoretical concepts and models of negotiation research

- Negotiation methods and techniques

- Approaches to analysis and intervention in negotiation situations
