Learning Outcome 3 (LO3): Students understand the implications as well as the pros and cons of various important corporate governance mechanisms and systems. Learning Outcome 4 (LO4): Students are able to assess the incentive effects of different corporate governance mechanisms, considering the diversity of governance systems across global markets. Learning Outcome 5 (LO5): Students can synthesize theoretical insights and empirical findings from academic research in corporate governance and articulate their implications for corporate practice. Learning Outcome 6 (LO6): Students demonstrate the ability to critically analyze and evaluate current research trends and debates in corporate governance, forming evidence-based judgments on relevant research questions.
