Students will understand the meaning and relevance of gender and diversity for international business administration. They will be able to apply a gender and diversity perspective on issues of international business administration.
Skills Knowledge
  • Students understand the field of gender and diversity studies in business administration and organizations (k1,2)
  • Students are able to understand (k2) the central theories, issues and fields of application of gender and diversity studies.
  • Students are able to identify and describe (k1, k2) gender and diversity dimensions of international business administration in their own words.
  • Students are able to understand (k2) how discrimination can occur in organizations and how to apply (k3) methods to mitigate and counter discriminatory practices and structures
