The students acquire knowledge in a current topic in chemical process engineering. They are able to discuss drawbacks and benefits of the technology and are able to apply the gained knowledge.
Skills Knowledge
The students know and understand (k1 & k2) a current changes in process engineering technologies and apply them either theoretically or practically (k3). The students can analyse the processes and apply current techniques to solve them (k4). The students know how to select specific equipment (k5) and optimize processes (k6). Depending on the topic, the student will gain - Practical insights towards process engineering of current topics - Simulation knowledge of processes - Understand and interpret current trends in process engineering
