  • Students understand the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the gastrointestinal and respiratory systems and have an overview of technical approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of these organ systems.
  • An understanding of technical and medical problems and difficulties as well as legal restrictions is developed for the medical technology applications of this organ system.
