Original study plan |
Master's programme Electronics and Information Technology 2025W |
Learning Outcomes |
Competences |
Students have a comprehensive overview of the use, development and production of integrated circuits. They understand the functionality of MOSFETs in nanometer technology and can explain the production of CMOS semiconductors. They can calculate the costs of integrated circuits and know about the qualification requirements of microelectronic systems.
