Students should be in a position to sufficiently master theoretical base Knowledge covered during the corresponding lectures (k3) They should learn to design parts and component assemblies for machines (k3)	Presentation of computational examples Development of a design project in homework assignments

Criteria for evaluation

Results of two calculative tests. Correctness of the design project regarding caclulations, design and accordance of drawings to standards.

Methods

Calculation exercises in classroom teaching. Homework assignments supported and received by a student tutor.
