Students know and understand theoretical basics of wireless communication systems (e.g., modulation, mixers, oscillators). They are able to apply this knowledge to implement and analyze a wireless transmission system using software-defined-radio (SDR) and a microcontroller board (eLITe-Board) with a transceiver chip.
