(*)Upon completing the course, students will possess the following skills. They are able to
- critically analyze recent scientific literature in the wider area of theoretical physics (k4);
- summarize complex research findings and methodologies (k4);
- present scientific papers clearly and effectively to a peer audience (k4/k5);
- engage in and lead scientific discussions (k5/k6);
- provide constructive critiques and feedback on current research (k5/k6);
- develop awareness of contemporary advancements and open questions in the field of theoretical physics (k6).

(*)During the course, students will gain knowledge of current research topics and methods in the field of theoretical physics. The seminar topics are aligned with the broader scientific context of the MSc and PhD thesis projects of the participants in one of the Divisions of Theoretical Physics (Many Body Theory, Classical and Quantum Dynamics, Theoretical Biophysics). Students will choose their own presentation topics in consultation with the supervisor.
