(*)Upon completing the course, students will possess the following skills. They are able to
- explain and summarize specific topics within the broader area of solid state physics, demonstrating a clear understanding of key concepts and recent developments (k2);
- explain and evaluate experimental approaches within the broader area of solid state physics (k2/k3);
- critically engage with current research topics and assess recent developments in the field, connecting them to broader scientific questions and challenges in solid state physics (k4/k5);
- assess the relevance of solid state physics to emerging technologies and applications, providing critical insights into its potential impacts (k5).

(*)During the course, students will acquire knowledge about specific and recent topics in the broader area of solid state physics. The actual topic of the lecture is announced each semester in the KUSSS system or can be requested from the person responsible for the lecture.
