(*)Upon completing the course, students will possess the following skills. They are able to
- explain and summarize key models used to describe time evolution in quantum mechanics (k1/k2);
- derive approximate solutions to the dynamics of initial value problems in quantum mechanics (k4);
- validate and critically discuss the range of validity of different approximations used in quantum mechanics (k5).

(*)During the course, students will acquire knowledge in the following areas and concepts of quantum dynamics:
- time-evolution operators and propagators;
- wave packet propagation and coherent states;
- time-dependent interactions;
- adiabatic and sudden perturbations;
- connection between classical and quantum mechanics;
- interaction of electromagnetic waves with quantized objects;
- connection of classical and quantum mechanics.
