Learning Outcomes
Competences
Students will extend their knowledge of electrochemistry to the field of microelectrochemistry.
Skills Knowledge
Upon completion of the course they will be able to • understand, explain, use and apply various microelectrochemical methods such as slurry jet, SRET, SVET, LEIS, SDCM, Indent SDCM, SECM, IM, ECAFM. (k1, k2, k3, k4) • at least 4 different modes each of SDCM and SECM should be known, understood, applied, analyzed and judged. (k1, k2, k3, k4) • evaluate the design as well as the pros and cons of a microelectrochemical method and being able to develop a new method combination to solve and upcoming scientific question. (k5, k6) The course introduces the most important methods: • slurry jet, SRET, SVET, LEIS, SDCM, Indent SDCM, SECM, IM, ECAFM
