Seminar A: Students should register for this course in the winter semester in 2nd year (while in Budweis). Student must present her/his work at least once during the course UCH/005A or UCH/005B. This course will be credited if the assignment of the bachelor thesis was handed in and the bachelor thesis is in the STAG and if the supervisor is satisfied with student's work in the laboratory.

Seminar B: Students should register for this course in the summer semester in 2nd year (while in Budweis). Student must present her/his work at least once during the course UCH/005A or UCH/005B. This course will be credited if the student presented her%his bachelor thesis at least once during UCH/005A or UCH/005B, the assignment of the bachelor thesis was handed in and the bachelor thesis is in the STAG and if the supervisor is satisfied with student's work in the laboratory.

Seminar C: Students should register for this course in the summer semester in 3nd year or in the semester, when the bachelor thesis will be submitted and defended. Student must present her/his work at least once during the course UCH/005C. This course will be credited if the student presented her/his bachelor thesis at least once during UCH/005C, the supervisor is satisfied with student's work in the laboratory and with the submitted thesis.

Skills Knowledge
Students analyze, discuss, and evaluate the presented information by other students (k4, k5) and present their own presentation on their theses in which they apply the gained knowledge (k3, k6). Students will learn how to present the results of their work in front of a wide audience (k3). During the discussion they will gain experience with opposing opinions on their presented results and learn to defend their results (k4, k5, k6). Participation on the seminars of Department of Chemistry and presentation of bachelor thesis. Work on the bachelor thesis in a laboratory.

Further information Consists of 3 parts: Seminar A (3rd semester), B (4th semester) and C (6th semester).
