(*)Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to understand the fundamental/advanced/extended concepts in the areas of mechanics listed below. They will also be able to apply the principles and problem-solving methods of physics and transfer them to concrete physical systems.

(*)By attending this course, students will acquire the following skills: • Understand and apply physical quantities and units (k2) • Describe and calculate accelerated motion (k3) • Apply Newton’s laws of motion (k3) • Analyze linear and angular momentum (k4) • Apply the principle of energy and energy conservation (k3) • Describe and calculate the rotation of rigid bodies (k3) (*)Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of classical mechanics, apply physical principles, and analyze simple mechanical systems. They will be able to mathematically formulate physical laws and perform basic calculations in mechanics.
