  • LO4: Students are able to enter into dialog with practitioners based on their basic knowledge and to critically reflect on the insights gained.

  • LO6: Students expand and combine the content, concepts and models in the area of personnel management and change management from the introductory course.
Criteria for evaluation A total of 100 points can be achieved in this course.

  • Review: individual work, literature search, selection taking into account suitable quality criteria and writing a review (max. 50 %)
  • Reflections: Group work, students engage with selected literature in advance, the reflection questions aim at a well-founded theory-practice transfer (max. 30 %)
  • Preparation and follow-up of practitioner presentation: group work, development of an interview guide as preparation and critical reflection as follow-up (max. 50 %)

  • Theory-led, reflective application of acquired knowledge
  • Input from experts in the field and discussion with them
