Competences
Students have in-depth knowledge of company and reorganization law. They are able to solve complex issues and cases in the field of company and reorganization law
Skills Knowledge
  • analyze concrete case studies and subsume facts under standards from the field of corporate and reorganization law (k3, k4)
  • recognize the relevance of tax law aspects and compare and differentiate between the individual types of reorganization (k4)
  • develop and evaluate solutions to the respective issues and challenges in the field of company and reorganization law (k5, k6)
Students are particularly familiar with central questions of company law. They are familiar with the individual types of reorganization (merger, demerger, transformation, contribution, amalgamation, real division) and can assess these from a company law and tax law perspecti-ve. They will be able to outline the course of the respective procedures, correctly classify pro-cedural scenarios and recognize the resulting options for action.
