explain the principles of public law and instruments for the protection and conservation of natural resources and recognize interrelationships (k2, k4) analyze, discuss and evaluate case law in the field of resource use and resource protection (k4, k5)	fundamentals of public law and selected legal matters of resource use; in particular water, soil, forest, wind, mineral resources law legal instruments for resource protection and resource conservation
