Students are able to recognize, assess and solve issues relating to the intellectual property legal framework for new technologies and innovations as well as the fundamentals of e-commerce.

understanding the intellectual property legal framework for new technologies and innovations as well as the basics of e-commerce (k2) recognize and solve issues and challenges arising from intellectual property law and e-commerce (k3, k4)	Intellectual Property Law (copyright, patent, trademark, design law) selected civil law aspects of e-commerce (e.g. mobile commerce) conclusion of contracts on the web, taking into account European legal requirements and current legal developments
