Students are able to independently solve simple cases on the general part of criminal law, on specific commercial criminal offenses as well as on the basics of criminal procedure law and sanctions law.

Skills	Knowledge
understand, explain and apply the basics of general criminal law, offenses relevant to commercial law, criminal procedure law and sanctions law (k2, k3) analyze specific case studies and subsume and resolve issues under criminal law standards, in particular in relation to commercial law offences (k3, k4)	general part of criminal law: intent, negligence and participation selected offenses involving injury, property, evidence and bribery; liability of associations basics of criminal procedure law main features of sanctions law
