explain the basics of contract drafting and differentiate between the types of contract (k1, k2) analyze and implement specific cases of contract drafting using learned contract templates (k3, k4) be able to draw up the required contract for the respective situation (k5, k6)	basics of contract drafting (basics, specific contract types, partnership agreements, tax optimization) differentiation of the respective contract types (purchase and work contract in general, real estate and company purchase in particular, industrial plant and partnership agreement)
