Knowledge
know legally relevant reasons for discrimination, standardized protection mechanisms and the different areas of anti-discrimination in the private and public sectors and explain them using specific examples (k1, k2)
recognize and discuss the possibilities and limits of company equality and diversity measures (k2, k4)
analyze specific case studies with reference to the current Austrian legal situation, EU and human rights requirements (k4)
