Criteria for evaluation |
A total of 100 points can be achieved in this course.
- Review: individual work, literature search, selection taking into account suitable quality criteria and writing a review (max. 50 %)
- Reflections: Group work, students engage with selected literature in advance, the reflection questions aim at a well-founded theory-practice transfer (max. 30 %)
- Preparation and follow-up of practitioner presentation: group work, development of an interview guide as preparation and critical reflection as follow-up (max. 50 %)
Minimum requirement: 50 % of the total points

Methods |
To achieve the teaching and learning objectives, a combination of different teaching methods is used to maximize student motivation and attention.
This includes:
- Self-directed learning with the help of given literature and materials
- Concise information input supported by slides
- Interactive exercises and case studies in classroom and online format incl. presentation, reflection
and feedback
- Theory-led, reflective application of acquired knowledge
- Input from experts in the field and discussion with them
